- Bulletin of the Ruling Council of the Public
Prosecution Service
The Ruling Council is the body
that manages and disciplines the magistrature of
the Public Prosecution Service. The Bulletin is
an open and rapid method for divulging the life
of the Council: disciplinary actions; the
movements of magistrates, and their respective
reasons; general deliberations about the
activities of the Public Prosecution Service and
the courts.
- Bulletin of Diverse Topics
The law assigns to the Public
Prosecution Service an important role in the
protection of the environment, of the rights of
consumers, and of the national cultural heritage.
In the Bulletin of Diverse Topics, magistrates of
the Public Prosecution Service publicise
legislation and ideas in these fields. They also
give information about interventions in
proceedings and sentences in the various
counties.
